Agents vetted on the results they deliver
Hiring an agent shouldn't feel like a gamble.
Your home is your largest asset. I match sellers and buyers with agents proven on the financial results they consistently deliver, using real closed-sale data and twenty years of financial oversight. Free to you.
The Problem
One post, a hundred messages, and no way to compare.
You post that you're looking for a real estate agent and within an hour you have a hundred messages, every one of them promising top dollar or the perfect home. They all sound confident. Most have great photos and glowing reviews. None of them show you the numbers that tell you how their clients came out financially.
So you pick the person who seems nicest, or the one your neighbor used, and you hope it works out. For the biggest financial decision most families ever make, hope is a thin plan.

Why This Exists
I started this to protect you.
I began my career on the phones in default mortgage servicing during the housing crash, talking with homeowners on the hardest days of their lives. Over the next twelve years I worked my way up to Director of Operations over a $90 billion mortgage servicing portfolio, and I saw over and over what it costs people when the professionals they trusted weren't qualified for the responsibility they carried.
Now I bring fiduciary excellence and oversight to the moment you choose who will handle your largest asset. I study the board so you can make your move with proof.
How Agents Qualify
Every piece on my list has earned its place.
No agent pays to be included. Each one meets or beats the market average in your area and price range, and is re-scored every six months.
Sale price to list price
Sellers keep more of their equity. Buyers don't overpay.
Days on market
How well a home was priced and marketed.
Concessions
The money that changes hands at the closing table.
Reductions and expired listings
The patterns that show up when things go wrong.
Consistent closed volume
Proven in your area and price range, plus a clean license and strong reviews.
The Process
Four moves to the right agent.
Tell me what you need
A short form and a 15 minute call about your goals, timeline, budget and what matters most in an agent.
I study the board
I review closed-sale results for agents in your area and price range and narrow the field to the ones who earned it.
You interview your short list
Three agents, their results beside the market average, my take on each, and an interview guide.
I stay with you to closing
My team checks in at every milestone. If something goes wrong, I want to hear about it.
Free to you. Always.
You never pay me anything. If you choose one of the agents I introduce and close with them, their brokerage pays my brokerage a referral fee of 20% of their commission. It comes out of the agent's side and never changes what you pay.
No agent can pay to be on my list, and you're never obligated to hire anyone I introduce. You'll sign a one-page disclosure that spells this out in writing.
Questions

Yes. Add their name to the form and I'll review their results alongside the others.
If you have a listing or buyer agreement in effect, I'll need to wait until it ends before I can introduce you to anyone.
Yes. Out-of-state matches take 7 to 10 days because agents provide their records and I verify them first.
