Sabrina Rose Referrals
Hiring an agent shouldn’t be a gamble.
Your home is your largest asset. I narrow thousands of agents to three whose clients consistently come out ahead of the market, proven with real closed-sale data and twenty years of financial oversight. Free to you.
The Problem
Thousands of agents. No way to see who’s skilled.
If choosing an agent has felt overwhelming, you’re not alone, and it isn’t your fault. You ask friends, read reviews, notice the names on signs and ads, and every agent looks confident. Each one promises top dollar or the perfect home.
What you can’t see is the one thing that matters most: how their clients came out. The ways we’re taught to choose measure popularity, marketing and volume. A top producer has sold a lot of homes. That tells you they’re busy. It doesn’t tell you whether their sellers kept more of their equity or their buyers paid a fair price. Volume isn’t value, and a number means nothing without comparing the market beside it.
On a $600,000 home, the gap between a good agent and a great one can be $12,000 or more. Your savings, your equity and your family’s next chapter deserve better than a guess.
You’ve worked too hard for this to be a gamble.

Why This Exists
I built what didn’t exist.
I started my career on the phones in default mortgage servicing during the housing crash, talking with homeowners on the hardest days of their lives. Over twelve years I worked my way up to Director of Operations over a $90 billion portfolio. In that world, every decision was measured against a benchmark, because people’s homes and savings depended on it. I saw again and again what it costs a family when the professional they trusted wasn’t qualified for the responsibility they carried.
When I became a full-time agent in 2021, I expected the same kind of oversight. Instead I found an industry that keeps score by volume. Sales meetings celebrated production. Recognition went to whoever closed the most, and some of it could be bought. Training focused on marketing and finding leads. New agents were often told to figure it out, and continuing education rarely touched pricing, negotiation or the financial outcomes clients live with for years.
Most agents work hard and care about their clients. The gap is in the system: no one measures how an agent’s clients come out compared to the market, so skilled agents can’t easily prove it and you can’t see it.
So I built it. Sabrina Rose Referrals compares agents’ closed results against the market in your neighborhood and price range, then narrows thousands of agents to three whose clients consistently come out ahead, with the proof side by side. I see how much you’ve built, and I’m here to protect it.
How Agents Qualify
Every piece on my list has earned its place.
No agent pays to be included. Each one meets or beats the market average in your area and price range, and is re-scored every six months.
Sale price to list price
Sellers keep more of their equity. Buyers don't overpay.
Days on market
How well a home was priced and marketed.
Concessions
The money that changes hands at the closing table.
Reductions and expired listings
The patterns that show up when things go wrong.
Consistent closed volume
Proven in your area and price range, plus a clean license and strong reviews.
The Process
Four moves to the right agent.
Tell me what you need
A short form and a 15 minute call about your goals, timeline, budget and what matters most in an agent.
I study the board
I review closed-sale results for agents in your area and price range and narrow the field to the ones who earned it.
You interview your short list
Three agents, their results beside the market average, my take on each, and an interview guide.
I stay with you to closing
My team checks in at every milestone. If something goes wrong, I want to hear about it.
The Fees
Free to you. Always.
You never pay me anything. If you choose one of the agents I introduce and close with them, their brokerage pays my brokerage a referral fee of 20% of their commission. It comes out of the agent's side and never changes what you pay.
No agent can pay to be on my list, and you're never obligated to hire anyone I introduce. You'll sign a one-page disclosure that spells this out in writing.
Questions
What people ask most.
